I guess the wind had been blowing from all directions, causing a small piece of grass to trace circles.The first thing I did when I saw this was to shoot my left arm out to prevent the dog Lea from walking on it, as she does whenever she sees me focusing on something, be it pattern, beetle, snake….

I’m always checking out the sky. It seems like a lot of people never even look up. Yesterday afternoon.

Evening light

It was like a summer day today – little kids on swings in the nearby park with no shirts. But it’s clear and noticeably cooling. It will probably be quite cold tomorrow when the workers arrive at 0700 (which is why the car is parked outside).
