Seriously. What‘s to say? I expect people in Chile, Paraguay, Honduras, or many other countries could post and have posted similar.

    I see them parking on the white arrow,
    in front of Disco, sometimes.

    And – in Uruguay you can catch a license
    without an evidence to write and read !
