Friday evening as I went out with the dogs for a local walk, I noticed our neighbor dragging a huge pile of brush from the left of his driveway into the center of the intersection (which is pretty busy, considering the mini-market to the right of where I stood).
He told me it was a protest, since he had called the intendencia at least 13 times since June to pick this stuff up. But on the beginning of a weekend? I wondered.
Saturday it was all dragged into the ditch behind the blue trash container. Which wouldn’t have pleased me too much if that was my house.
And on Sunday morning the whole pile was dragged back to the right of the original driveway.
I think I will be asking no questions.
